What is the cost for weddings?

My price for weddings is $350. This includes 30 minutes of prelude music before the ceremony, a list of songs of your choice for the ceremony, and a quick postlude. Cocktail hour is an additional $200. I do charge an additional fee if your event is more than an hour away from the Canton area.

What is the cost for other events?

My price for background music $200 an hour for a custom list. I will provide a discount if the selection of music is my choice. I do charge an additional fee if your event is more than an hour away from the Canton area.

Can you play outside?

Yes. However, I cannot play in rain. Because the weather is somewhat unpredictable, I require my clients to provide a backup spot for me to play.
I will not play in temperatures under 50 degrees. If it is a hot summer day, I would like to request a shady or indoor spot.
I can play in wind, but if the wind is strong enough it will ring the strings. It does create a beautiful sound, but some may find it distracting.

Are there any restrictions on where the harp can play?

My harp is 6′ 1/2″ tall, 81 pounds, and difficult to move. I can pull my harp up a few steps of stairs, but not a full stairway without possibly hurting myself or my instrument.
My harp may be placed on grass, gravel, or pavement as long as it is flat with little to no incline.

How far in advance should I book you?

For wedding/funeral services, I request my clients book me at least 2 months in advance. For background music, I prefer if my clients book me at least 3 months in advance. If I am selecting the music, I offer 3+ weeks in advance for wedding/funeral, and 1+ month for background music. If you are requesting cocktail hour or an additional background music hour, I would appreciate if you would book me at least 3 months in advance, or 1+ month if the selection of music is my choice. Please book me as far ahead of time as possible.
